Change Parameters

Using the menus above, you can choose here to change the settings for Income Tax, National Insurance, Spending Taxes and Government Spending and Interest Rates. When you're done on a page, press the Submit button to see the effects of your changes on families and the economy as a whole.

The changes you make on each page are cumulative, so you see the effects of everything you've changed on any page. You can use the "Defaults" buttons to change everything back to how it was originally.

A summary will appear in the box to the right, and detailed analysis is available by selecting "View Results" from the menu above.
